Decor Open Bin Drawer Assembly

The decor Open Bin Drawers have an opening at the front to allow quick access to drawer contents, such as bolts, nuts or screw, without having to open the drawer.

The optional Gravity Wedge Insert angles forward guiding contents to sit near the front of the drawer.

Filament - PETG or PLA
Screwdriver/Hex-wrench
Magnets (Optional): 10x2mm or 6x2mm
M3 nuts and screws: Stainless-Steel or Steel

STEP 1: Attach Faceplate

• Slide faceplate on to the front of the drawer body

• Install M3x6mm screw through the backside of the drawer face to lock the faceplate/handle in place using a hex wrench (if supported by faceplate).

STEP 2: Install Screw Hole Cover

• Slide the Screw Hole Cover in through the bottom slot of the drawer, Not that the arrow should point towards the front of the drawer and the "BOTTOM" text should be facing the bottom side of the drawer.

• Continue from the top side guiding the cover in until it fully snaps in place.

TIP: Print this part in a bright contrasting color to make parts show up more visibly.

STEP 3: Gravity Wedge Insert

• (Optional) Gravity Wedge Insert

• (Optional) Install Drawer Stoppers into both LEFT and RIGHT slots near the front of the Clearance Extender Spacer. This helps prevent the drawer below from falling out.

TIP: Print this part in a bright contrasting color to make parts show up more visibly.

STEP 4: Insert Hardware

• Insert QuickLocks into Drawer Case

TIP: Use Bi-Directional QuickLock (Shown in RED) to install shorter drawers under longer drawers.

• (Optional) Install magnets into both the drawer and drawer case using the GEN2 Magnet Cip

Install GEN2 magnet clip into drawer body

STEP 5: Ready to Use

• The fully assembled drawer is ready to be added to your Under Table Storage or Table Top Kit.
